Requirements

• Professional culinary qualification • Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen • Experience on cruise ships is an advantage • Strong knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards (HACCP / USPH) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good English skills (German is a plus) • Team player with strong organisational skills • Professional attitude and attention to detail • Language: English (required), German (preferred) • Experience Level: Intermediate • Industry: Hospitality / Cruise
