Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant or bar) • Experience in leading or managing a service station • Training in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage • Strong knowledge of food and beverages (including wine) • HACCP knowledge (USPH experience is a plus) • Experience with POS systems (Micros, Orderman, etc.) • Good English skills (German is preferred) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Team player with excellent organisational abilities • Professional appearance and confident attitude • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
