Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant or bar) • Training in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage • Basic knowledge of food and beverages (including wine) • HACCP knowledge (USPH experience is a plus) • Experience with POS systems (Micros, Orderman, etc.) is a plus • Good English skills (German is preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Team player with good organisational abilities • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
